A credit card is required on file to book an appointment. Cancellations under 24 hours and no shows will be charged a 75% fee. This is enforced to cover the loss of earnings from your appointment that can't be filled on short notice. By booking your appointment, you agree to this cancelation policy. Failure to pay the 75% fee will result in a permanent ban from booking.

Please arrive on time, as you have a designated time slot. Your appointment time is more than enough to ensure you receive your treatment. Lateness will erode into your appointment time and I cannot, and will not overrun to accommodate your lateness. Your appointment will still be charged at full price.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule and you will be charged a no-show fee.​

NO CHILD POLICY is strictly enforced. You will be denied your appointment if you bring a child under the age of 13.
